Emergencies and Leaks: For water emergencies within your home locate and turn off the shut-off valve where the water line comes into your house. If there is a leak between the meter and your home please contact us. If you notice a leak along one of our lines in the District, please contact us with the location as soon as possible.
To Establish or Change Service: To apply for or change ownership of a benefit unit (water meter) please contact the bookkeeper at the Billing Contact above.
